Three speakers shared the floor during a session where the opportunities afforded by Facebook and its open graph were fleshed out in a session that provided strategy, case studies and interactive Q&A.
Hervé Zobenbiehler, project director at Activis, presented a panorama of the different social media and how they can be used in a strategy of BtoCtoC dialogue. Then, Michael Hirbec and Xavier Leclerc, respectively Inside Sales associate and Account Executive at Facebook, provided a glimpse "inside Facebook" before answering attendee questions centered on how a company can take advantage of Facebook to further its online business strategy.
